Town Zoning Board

The Town Zoning Board is responsible for administering and enforcing the zoning ordinances of the town. In order to maintain a cohesive town plan and ensure that construction in the town is not overly disruptive to neighboring residents or businesses construction must follow all zoning regulations and rules as defined by the town government.

The zoning board will review and approve or decline all zoning permits for the town. Zoning permits are required for all property development within the town, this includes new construction additions or changes in land use.

NOTICE: Permit applications can be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office or from the Zoning Administrator.

NOTICE: Download and view the Zoning Fee Schedule document in the right sidebar of this page for a comprehensive list of all zoning permit fees.
